SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rugged Revive.

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly so you can Stay Wild, Stay Fresh.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as promotions, events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIMES

We offer 2–3 business day shipping within the continental United States once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Shipping timeline estimates:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 2–3 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING CARRIER

Rugged Revive primarily ships orders via USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer at checkout.

In certain circumstances, we may use an alternative carrier such as UPS or FedEx based on destination, package size, or customer request.

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is selected and paid for by the customer.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotion will be clearly indicated at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact:

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Rugged Revive is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, postal disruptions, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

  2. If further assistance is needed, contact us at info@getruggedrevive.com.

We will assist where appropriate but cannot guarantee carrier performance.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

  • Refunds for returned packages will exclude original shipping costs.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@getruggedrevive.com.

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
