30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Products must be unused and unopened due to hygiene requirements, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Refunds typically process within 5 to 10 business days after approval

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or receipt
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
To start a return, email us at info@getruggedrevive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
- Full refunds apply to eligible returns submitted within the 30-day window
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned late or not in original condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Product Warranty
All Rugged Revive products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 90 days after delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper storage
- Products used beyond their intended purpose
